Saturday they played a videotape at Mack's class. Mack videos the class doing a videotape so that he can ostensibly review the tape (of us doing the other tape) and yell at us at the next class (for not working hard enough at the previous class). I personally have a hard time believing that he would really watch a videotape of us. I mean...really.
Anyway, a few months ago, Mack brought in this professional videographer to record a series of classes. Well...the tape we worked out to was a class I had been in. The reason I know this is because he was yelling at me the entire time. "Tanja, get your legs up." "Come on Tanja...you can do more." "Lower on your pushups Tanja." [This was pre-ST.] So....I basically got to re-live that trauma on Saturday morning and I found it...hilarious. He really sounded like a nut yelling at me again and again. It gave me an opportunity to see that from a distance (instead of being the immediate recipient). People kept looking over at me adn chuckling. Yes....it WAS pretty funny. That's how I should take it when I'm the live recipient. My friend "Rock" has been telling me this for months. It should just roll off my back like water from a duck's back. That a good life lesson actually.
